How do you package a puzzle?
Each puzzle is carefully packaged in a premium wooden gift box. Inside, the puzzle pieces are wrapped in protective paper to prevent any damage. For shipping, the wooden box is securely shrink-wrapped and placed inside a durable cardboard box to ensure safe delivery.
What materials do you use for your puzzles?
Our puzzles are made from high-quality wood (HDF) and feature UV-printed designs
with waterproof paints. This guarantees strong durability and vibrant, lasting colors.
Is the wooden box included with the puzzle?
Yes! Every puzzle comes with a beautifully crafted wooden box — completely free of
charge. It's our gift to you with every order.
Do you offer custom or personalized puzzles?
Yes, we do! If you would like a custom puzzle with your own design, simply send us a high-resolution image via email, and we'll create a personalized puzzle just for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping and custom notes?
Absolutely! You can select the "Gift wrapping" option at checkout. We will beautifully wrap your puzzle and, if you wish, include a personalized card for Christmas, a birthday, or any other special occasion. Just let us know in the notes section during your order.
How long does shipping take?
Every order is prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. After that, Standard Shipping takes 10–18 business days to the US and Europe (10–25 business days to other destinations) and is free on orders of $50 or more ($7 under $50). Need it sooner? Express Shipping takes 3–10 business days to the US and Europe for $19 (5–14 business days elsewhere for $29). Every order includes tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Europe and many other countries. The shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.
Are your puzzles suitable for children?
Our puzzles are primarily designed for adults and teenagers aged 14 and older, due to small, intricate pieces. For younger children, adult supervision is recommended.
What should I do if a piece is missing or damaged?
We want you to have the perfect experience! If your puzzle arrives with any issues, please contact us immediately, and we will send you a replacement piece or work with you to find the best solution.
